Good for my small business

I tried out WebinarGeek for a live training session last month and it worked out pretty well. I needed something easy to set up and it was. The video quality was good and the Q&A feature was simple for attendees to use. Took me a minute to figure out the email invitations part, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Definitely made my life easier for that project.

Consistently reliable service

This isn't my first time using WebinarGeek. I've hosted several Live Webinars and Automated Webinars over the last year. The consistency is what keeps me coming back. The platform's performance, like the screen sharing and video uploads, has always been solid. This time, I used the Call to Action Buttons more extensively, and they integrated seamlessly. It's predictable, which is what I need. No surprises, just dependable service every time.

Solid platform, minor issues

I signed up for an annual plan after using the trial. Overall, WebinarGeek offers good value for hosting automated webinars. The setup for these was intuitive, and the CRM integrations worked as expected for lead capture. However, I did notice the reporting for the analytics dashboard could be a bit more detailed, especially for tracking engagement during different parts of the webinar. Delivery of automated reminders was consistent, which is crucial. It's a reliable platform, but the analytics could use a boost.

Comprehensive tool for webinars

I decided to host a series of On Demand Webinars for our training program using WebinarGeek. The registration pages were easy to customize with our branding. The platform supported uploading pre-recorded video content smoothly, and I appreciated the option for interactive polls during the playback. Setting up the follow-up emails was simple, and the Zapier Integration helped connect it to our existing marketing tools. I did find the initial learning curve for the more advanced features, like Custom CSS, a bit steep, but customer support was responsive when I had questions. The detailed Webinar Analytics helped us understand audience engagement better, which is crucial for refining our content.

Got a good deal on yearly plan

I was looking for a webinar solution for a while and compared a few platforms. WebinarGeek's yearly plan discount caught my eye, saving me about 20% compared to paying monthly. That made a big difference for my budget. The free trial also let me test out the Multi-presenter Support which was key for our team. The whole process, from signing up to setting up my first event, felt straightforward. It was definitely worth the purchase for the features and the savings combined. Happy with the investment.

Thinking of switching from Zoom for our company webinars. How does WebinarGeek compare specifically for engagement and marketing features?

I Ivy 1 month ago
Huge difference imo. Zoom is good for meetings, but WG is built for actual webinars. The CTAs, polls, and even the registration pages are way better for lead gen.

Definitely better for marketing. You get more control over branding, and the follow-up emails are a lifesaver. Plus, no software downloads for attendees is a big plus over Zoom.

can you actually host paid webinars with this platform? like, does it integrate with anything for payments?

J June 2 months ago
Yep, it connects with Stripe, so you can totally charge for access. I've used it for workshops.

Is WebinarGeek actually easy to use for someone not super techy? I've tried other platforms and they're just too complicated.

S Sarah 2 months ago
Yeah, I found it pretty straightforward. The interface is clean and they walk you through setting stuff up. Much easier than some competitors for sure.

I'm not a tech whiz either and I managed to get a live webinar running in an hour or so. The marketing tools are integrated well too which helps a lot.

Does WebinarGeek ever have sales? Or is it just the free trial and annual discount thing?

J Julia W. 2 months ago
They definitely do Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. Saw one last year for a pretty good chunk off.

Yeah, usually around those holiday times. Otherwise, the annual discount is the main saving. You can also sometimes find promo codes, but those seem to be less common and often tied to specific campaigns.
